Asset Groups
Company-owned
intellectual properties and platform companies are generally
organized into two asset groups, the Media Asset Group
and the Brand Asset Group.
The
Media Asset Group targets investment opportunities in
3D film production, live event production, web-related
businesses, and other media oriented assets identified
by the Company. Properties developed by this group often
provide content for the Brand Asset Group’s business
segments. Alternatively, the Brand Asset Group targets
and manages investments in the following sectors: boutique
and specialty merchandise, character-branded toys and
merchandise, and artist-branded apparel.
Intellectual
property developed by the Media and Brand Asset Groups
are then monetized through multiple distribution channels,
including: retail/wholesale (including apparel, toys and
general merchandise), film distribution, live events,
Web marketing, sponsorship and licensing. The Company
has recruited individuals representing different disciplines
required to develop Company intellectual property. These
disciplines include: branding, corporate sponsorship,
public relations, graphic design, marketing and licensing
